Set in a quiet private domain Villa Seteais is within half an hour drive to St. Tropez's beaches, forty five minutes from Toulon airport or one and a half hours from Marseilles or Nice airports.

The house has four bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of ten. It is on one level and with very few steps with WIFI and SKY TV. It is alarmed with security lighting and accessed via motorised gates.

The sunny loggia offers views of Grimaud castle and the Bay of St. Tropez.

A bar on the side terrace is a mini replica of the bar at Club 55.

Other terraces include a little rose garden with views over the roof.

There is a barbecue area with table football and ping pong, a floodlit boules pitch and a 15 foot trampoline is set into the ground. An air-conditioned gym is fitted out with a treadmill, cross-trainer and weights.

The village of La Garde Freinet is a four-minute drive from the house and features food and wine shops, a pharmacy, doctors, bank and post office. Sunday and Wednesday are market days.

The surrounding forest is well-worth exploring, inhabited by wild boar and golden eagles, with a selection of walking routes (maps available).
